          DESCRIPTION:
           → Develin is a tall fellow, with your average build. Not skin and bones ,but not superman muscular either. He has a look in his deep, blue eyes that makes him look bored all the time. His hair was as white as the clouds that litter the sky, shoulder length which looks relatively smooth, and his skin tone is one that suggests he dosnt get out often. His usual getup is a pair of dark pants, dress shoes, a white dress shirt, and a jacket that peculiarly looks like it has wings sticking out of the back of it. He also wheres a pair of white gloves. He acts as though there is nothing wrong with the world... sometimes... His voice sounds of that of elegance, compatative to knife cutting through butter. He also dosnt walk very straight as he had broke his ankle once and it had to be reconstructed.

           PERSONALITY:
           → Develin is a person who you dont want to fuck with... PERIOD. When he wants to he can be as cruel as... well you actually cant much nastier than him. However his cold heart comes with reason, He was bullied constantly in school for the fact of having actual wings (His mother liked to experiment with boundaries). With a similar sized ego to boot. He keeps a locket with pictures of him in his coat pocket. He also is not above shoving people into the line of fire before him. He finds himself to be more, above the other people in Sina, besides the ruler of course. He is also slightly disturbed as he enjoys horror shows and laughs at them as if they were comedies, he also scares the crap out of people for fun.

However that is his exterior self. On the inside he is actually a kind fellow with good intentions. He just does the creepy weirdo shtick to get people off of his case. He can be seen (rarely) handing out money to those who need it, or repairing someone's belongings. However that is only through extreme emotional moments. Otherwise he will be the stone cold person he is thought to be. However he can and will be kind for days on end with no blemishes. Other times he will act like a immature teen and dump water on people's heads and draw... parts on people's faces. The reason for this was because at the age of 11, he was diagnosed with MPD (Multiple Personality Disorder), the reason behind it was when the intense bullying went on in his school years, it broke him mentally, which resulting in him becoming a psychotic, disturbed, happy, unnerved, and overall random person. However his personalities rarely switch though, so its not that much of a problem.

It is WAY too popular and rarely played out well; characters don't need horrific histories in order to be interesting.
